About AIA
AIA is a unique business solutions firm focusing on the areas of employee benefits and property and casualty risk management and insurance. AIA is a privately held firm based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. AIA was founded in 1987, but has roots in the marketplace dating back to 1919. The current client base of AIA represents hundreds of local, regional, and national employers. This base of clients positions AIA as the most regionally dominant provider of its type in the Pennsylvania marketplace.

In order to provide the highest-level expertise available in both employee benefits and property and casualty solutions, AIA has segmented itself into two distinct, yet complementary product line groups. Each product line group provides a dedicated team of seasoned professionals focused on its respective business segment, while efforts are coordinated between groups to allow for a comprehensive business solution where appropriate. Below is a brief description of each group:

Benefits Resource Group:
AIA's Benefits Resource Group is one of Pennsylvania's leading independent employee benefits resource provider. Our goal is to assist employers in developing benefit programs that maximize both employee satisfaction and employer dollar value. We offer a broad complement of employee benefits services including benefits consulting, product solicitation and procurement, and administrative outsourcing solutions. Our signature service offering is employee health care program analysis and design coupled with health plan selection and negotiation.

Property & Casualty Group:
The Property and Casualty Group undertakes a consultative approach to custom tailor proper insurance for asset protection for both companies and individuals. AIA has years of experience and a seasoned staff to professionally evaluate risk exposure that a company or individual faces. AIA also has access to nearly every national and regional insurance carrier to create the most appropriate insurance program to meet our clients' evolving needs. And this is accomplished through consistency and enthusiasm - designing and placing insurance programs that are effective and competitively priced.
